This is AniMenu in 'text-sensitive' mode: only the text of each item reacts to the mouse, giving an HTML-style appearance.

This example is also hover-sensitive (as in Example #2), but you can make the menu clickable and keep it text-sensitive if you want to, by setting the HoverSensitive parameter to 'no'.
