Here's another example with ShowScrollers set to 'yes' and AutoCollapse set to 'no'. This time, the ScrollStyle parameter is set to 'Fill', creating filled scroll buttons at the top and bottom. (The menu is set in a large table cell whose background color matches the color of the scroll buttons.)
We've removed the toggle boxes from folders (by setting ShowToggles to 'No'), and increased the LevelIndent to 28 pixels.
We've placed separators on the menu again, as in Example #1, but changed the separator color to match the color of the scroll-button fill.
